VINYASA

A dynamic practice that mixes fluidity and creativity. Typically, you will sync your breath with each posture and, depending on your teacher’s choice, you can expect the class to be taught in music. Each sequence is conceived to bring you intelligently towards a specific posture or a specific intention. With The Yoga Lovers, you might spend some time in the air : inversions are one of our signature moves.

JIVAMUKTI

All Open classes include 14 points – asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings – in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher. Exuberant, eclectic music plays a central part: you might practice to a shifting soundtrack of raga, global trance, hip-hop or funky groovy music that all can enjoy. The class is called “Open” because it is open and suitable to all levels of practitioners.

LOTUS FLOW

Another type of Vinyasa made in NYC. Creativity and freedom take a big part in this practice, as well as music, which will always accompany you. Each class is precisely structured, as it follows the principal of the 7 chakras, but both the teachers and the practitioners are given a lot of freedom. In other words, Lotus Flow is an uplifting, innovative and soulful journey. A practice steeped in the timeless traditions of yoga, infused with music and spiced with divine inspiration.

The yoga lovers

They met in Alex's native New York City But it wasn't yoga that brought them together at first it was destiny. In 2010 Tatiana a contemporary dancer at merce Cunningham and Alex working in the restaurant business it was life as usual. Life in New York transformed into life in Paris for both of them , where Tatiana' s yoga teaching path began to take off and where Alex's teaching path was born. Although based in Paris Tatiana and Alex have trained with New York's finest : laughing lotus NYC (both), Jivamukti Yoga (Alex) sonic yoga (Tatiana) and been under the guidance of other world renowned Teachers.
